Termination
1. 2Uslugi has the right to terminate this Agreement and immediately terminate access to the Site in case you violate any condition of these Rules. Also, the agreement may be immediately terminated by any party at its discretion.
2. Termination of the contract will not affect the rights obtained by the Parties during the term of the Agreement.
3. 2Uslugi will not be liable in case of impossibility to fulfill obligations under the Agreement, if such impossibility occurred as a result of unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Parties, including including malfunctions in the Internet, communications, fires, military operations, floods or other natural disasters.
General terms:
1. In the event that any provisions of these Rules prove to be unenforceable, such provisions will apply to the extent possible that is most consistent with the intentions of the Parties in the opinion of 2Uslugi, and the remaining provisions of the Rules will remain valid.
2. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 2Uslugi and will apply instead of any other rules.
3. In the event of disputes or disagreements related to compliance with these Rules, you and 2Uslugi will make every effort to resolve them through negotiations. Disputes that were not resolved during the negotiations should be resolved in accordance with the procedures established by the current Russian legislation.
